Design for Manufacturing

We design composites for production from the start. Geometry, materials, reinforcement, assembly, and process are defined together to ensure scalable manufacturing without redesign.

Prototype

Rapid prototyping to validate geometry, performance, and structural behaviour. Uses the same manufacturing principles as serial production to ensure direct scalability.

Serial Production
